North Carolina Zoological Park
Alvis George played a major role in the development of the North Carolina Zoological Park. Alvis was a member of the team that traveled to Africa in order to research and develop the natural habitat concept outlined in the original master plan ALIVE. Alvis was Design Architect for the African Continent Habitats, the master plan of North America, and numerous other NC Zoo projects over a period of 30 years.
